Diagnosed the failure points in the code and architecture inherited from a thesis project stalled for months.

Built and fully deployed the web solution (PHP and MySQL over the local network) for the Instituto Autónomo de la Salud del Estado Yaracuy (PROSALUD).
Mentored the thesis students, explaining each implementation and the reasoning behind the decisions.
Prepared the team for the defense: presentation rehearsals and supporting documentation.

Got a thesis back on track and completed it in roughly one week after the team had failed to make progress for several months.
Single-handedly built and deployed the PROSALUD solution, getting paid for both the development and the team training.
Left the thesis students able to explain and technically defend their own solution.
Cut the estimated completion time from months to days through a precise technical diagnosis and a clear work plan.
